What's not allowed

• Top of The Rock does not permit outside food or beverages.

• Weapons of any kind including glass bottles, lighters, flammable substances, and knives are prohibited.

• Tripods are also not permitted

The Beam

• In the event The Beam must be closed due to extreme weather conditions, guests will be issued a voucher to visit at a later date.

• Guests must be 52 inches (~132 cm) or taller to ride alone. If under 52 inches, guests must be a minimum of 42 inches (~107 cm) and be accompanied by an adult.

• The maximum weight limit is 300 lbs. (~136 kg).

• Guests must wear close-toed shoes or sandals that fully engage the heel. Hats, glasses, and scarves (as examples) must be securely fastened.

• All loose personal belongings must be stored in the cubbies located adjacent to The Beam.
