I was especially thrilled by the breathtaking view of the Manhattan skyline, the relaxing boat ride, and the unique atmosphere on-site. The ferry ride was great to take pictures of The Statue of Liberty. I enjoyed the time at Ellis Island. I got to walk where my Grandpa walked when he came over from Italy. I felt so sentimental. I wanted to cry! I got to see my grandparents & other relatives names on The American Immigrant Wall of Honor. It was very moving.

Very well organized and interesting.. Never found the audio tour. The boat ride was great. Had not been there since my kids were little. I had a visitor from Ecuador and this was his 1st trip to the to the USA and the Statue of Liberty Tour was freat.

I didn't have any issues with the tickets, just keep in mind that Battery Park is undergoing some renovations that make it hard to clearly understand the instructions.
