Using Skybus to get to the airport was so easy. At the departure terminal the singer was very clear and staff helpful when checking digital ticket. The bus driver was very competent and her welcome greeting sounded genuine. Details relayed regarding drop off procedure were concise and given with plenty of time to take it all in. The only minor issue I have was with the online booking was that I couldn't find how to nominate a time I wanted to catch the bus.. This option may be on the site and I missed it , Ali I couldn't see how often the Skybus departed for the airport, once again this information may be on the site and I missed. Despite the minor issues with online booking I would definitely use Skybus again.

Very efficient, clean and reliable - I walked out of the airport and straight onto a waiting bus with the same experience at the terminal in the city when returning to the airport. Very easy to purchase tickets online beforehand with use of the app to have the ticket scanned. Great run to and from the city as well with the city terminal very conveniently located to the city - highly recommended and much more cost effective than a taxi/uber. The free tram service in the city also makes getting to the hotel very easy with the first stop not too far from the bus terminal.

The bus was 95% full, other passengers assisted with moving bags for my daughter and i to allow our bags to go into the luggage area, the bus driver took off without a outing they were about to move. My daughter fell onto another passenger, we slowly made our way up stairs and others pointed out spare seats. The trip was a good one apart from that. Yes i would recommend and yes i would travel on the bus again.

So easy!!!!! From booking on line to arriving at southern cross station then the clear big signage directing passengers to the correct bay station. i hated that i had to download an app to use my ticket. an app that i will never use agan and now i'm beig bombarde with spam. I will never book sky bus online again wich is sad cause its convenient. Even the reasons above do not address the issues i had. UGH......
