The ride and the service were great! Because I am older, I made a mistake by printing out what I thought was my ticket, but alas, without a barcode, I had to buy another ticket. I hadn't downloaded the Skybus App, so wasn't able to access the online ticket. Lots of IT skills needed these days, or you are locked out of travelling it seems. Apart from that, everything was terrific.

Bus unloading & offloading smooth & convenient. Ground staff usually very helpful & patient. Ticketing online straight forward, although the change to using the Headout App was unexpected. Hope fully it will prove to be as useful as direct ticketing was. No air conditioning on one very hot Melbourne day; very uncomfortable ride on a full bus

Very convenient! I booked a round trip bus ticket online just before boarding my plane to Melbourne. Since my arrival (4AM) and departure (5:55AM) times were rather unlikely hours for a lone traveler, I needed a sure and safe transit to and from the airport. The shuttle bus made my travel very very easy!

The ride was excellent seeing views of Melbourne city from the top deck of a double-decker bus. Having pre-purchased my ticket on line, made catching the bus easier. Buses departed every 10 minutes so didn't have to wait long and they even have racks to store bulky luggage items.

It was great thanks, super easy and very effecient. I booked my tickets while sitting at the airport in NZ, arrived in Melbourne and walked straight out and onto the Skybus. Before I knew it I was in the heart of the city. This will be my go to for every trip in the future.

Using Skybus to get to the airport was so easy. At the departure terminal the singer was very clear and staff helpful when checking digital ticket. The bus driver was very competent and her welcome greeting sounded genuine. Details relayed regarding drop off procedure were concise and given with plenty of time to take it all in. The only minor issue I have was with the online booking was that I couldn't find how to nominate a time I wanted to catch the bus.. This option may be on the site and I missed it , Ali I couldn't see how often the Skybus departed for the airport, once again this information may be on the site and I missed. Despite the minor issues with online booking I would definitely use Skybus again.

The bus was close to baggage collection at the airport and lovely staff were friendly and helpful getting me on board. It was a full bus but the luggage compartments were adequate for all our luggage. Wonderful that buses are do frequent.

The service was efficient and seamless. My sister and I bought our tickets online at half the cost of a shared taxi, boarded at our leisure (bus every 10 mins) and were at our respective Terminals half hour later.
