I had a return ticket. The Skybus was very easy to find - boarding and storing luggage was easy; the ride into Melbourne was smooth snd the view from top floor seating was great. On return, we were delivered a bus in good time. Upon arrival at the airport, I alerted the driver of a sleeping passenger and he happily went to that person and inform him of his arrival at destination. Very impressed with overall service.

First time I've used Skybus, will never bother driving to the airport again. Tram from home to Spencer street, short walk, 5 minutes, and I was on the bus. Dropped at my terminal. On return stepped out of the airport, and was back on the bus within minutes, so easy. Walked from the station 1 block and stepped right on my tram home. Absolutely flawless. The staff were lovely and so very kind.

On a rainy night it was such a relief for Alex to take my luggage and walk to the vehicle. The ride was efficient. Most impressed by him waiting for me to get my air bnb key. A true gentleman who helped me door to door.

Although the trip was ok. Also getting help with my baggage was also appreciated. Theseating was cramped and I had to find my was upstairs to sit down with my medical conditions. As it seemed the only accessible seats I could see were inward facing instead of forward facing. So, I had to cope the best I could. It seemed the accessibility was more towards wheelchairs & visible disabilities rather than those that cannot be seen.

The ride itself was a positive experience and the driver an excellent example of the 'go the extra mile' attitude. Prompt, efficient, comfortable and all-round positive. Just one thing; we boarded at Box Hill. Lack of signage through the precinct is an issue. We're not the bewildered type. But we were bag-dragging retired people, intent on meeting the departure time, never been therefore and it wasn't easy.
