My wife and I were dropped off at Southern Cross station by her sister. My wife attempted to get her phone out to have our toclets scanned and found she'd lost it. The Skybus staffers told us not to worry we could get on the bus. We were on our way to the airport when my wife re ever a call from the staffer to tell me to speak to my sister_law who told me the kind staffers was going to g I ve my phone which she had found I her car to the next bus driver going to the airport and he would hand it to me at Terminal 4. Never in my life have I had such kindness and understanding . Congratulations SKY US

Because Melbourne doesn't have a train airport city Link the sky bus is the most affordable and relaxing way to get to And from Melbourne Airport. Having it arrive into Southern Cross station makes it really easy access to get out to all areas throughout Melbourne and Victoria. This line of sky bus has a super regular schedule and you don't have to wait long at all! I love how you can walk on, store your bag and then head upstairs for a nice ride and view coming into the city.

The sky bus is great, easy, regular and gets you right to/from the airport. The only thing which would make it perfect is better signage outside of SouthernCross station as to where to go to get it. Oh and maybe foe none Victorians adivising which of the two stops Terminal 1 & 3 is best for Virgin/jetStar/ Quantas/International.

Tickets are easy to purchase either online or at the kiosk at the airport. Friendly helpful staff on the Skybus coach with destination to southern Cross station spencer street close to Melbourne cbd with access to taxis, and free trams available.

Going from the airport to the city I had to stand the whole way because it was full. Tickets should be honoured because having people stand is not safe. Apart from the standing, it was easy to find and catch, I'd do it again.

I can't think why anyone would choose another mode of transport to travel from the Airport to the City and back. It is cheap, fast and waiting time for me was around 5 mins each way for each service. Probably less.
