Highly recommend the Melbourne Sky Bus. Having never been to Melbourne before and not knowing the city, travelling on the sky bus made travelling from the Airport to the City simple and hassle free for a fraction of other ride share costs... Will definitely use again !!!

Easy to buy a ticket on line and service frequent and rapid. Would never bother with a taxi. One problem- i could not download the tickets into my apple wallet which caused delay when we were trying to board. Please make tickets suitable for Apple wallets.

Zero waiting time. Was not overcrowded as I have experienced previously. I gave 3 stars because the bus is so narrow. Seats are too narrow and the stairs are horrendous.
