The first person I dealt with refused to allow me to charge my phone, so I could locate my tickets in order to access the venue. The person was wearing a uniform and was completely unprofessional when I arrived. The second person, also in a uniform, was rude on the 86th floor, when we asked for directions. I paid for both observation decks and was not impressed by the customer service of the guides at the elevators. I loved the views from the top deck .
