We enjoyed it immensely! Since we are both senior citizens with some mobility challenges, the opportunity to ride through this delightful city was awe inspiring! I so enjoyed watching people throughout the varied neighborhoods. And varied neighborhoods were plentiful All the stores had me wanting to get off very frequently!! We even used the service to ride to our next tour stop one morning! My only regret? I wish they had offered a 3 day option!

We enjoyed seeing the highlights since we only had limited time in the city. It's nice to hear about the sights and know something then just going by and wondering about them. One suggestion is to start the commentary a bit sooner as some of the buildings were past us as the commentator was saying "on the left you see...." but we were alreay past it. Otherwise it was great as we did both sides too.

The audio guide is available in a variety of languages (10 or more) The narration for each site visited is very engaging, supplemented with statistics or historical facts about the site or the city. The frequency of bus service is very good, and there are even several points where you can switch routes between the two lines covered by the same ticket.

For me this provided a thorough and enjoyable overview of this very large and beautiful city. I had only 8 hours in port and was able to tour the whole city in 6 hours including a stop for lunch. Buses were on time and narration worked great.

The hop on/off was a memorable experience especially for wheelchair access - guides were helpful and friendly - bus driver was amazing through the Barcelona streets! Headphones were supplied and audio was clear and easy to follow along. Unfortunately the booking process added an extra ticket which I am in the process of trying to be refunded.

The Barcelona Aquarium is perhaps the best place for families with kids to learn about marine biodiversity and the importance of marine conservation, two themes that run close to everything the Aquarium does in terms of its activities and its setup. The facility is divided into 35 aquariums and enclosures that house approximately 11,000 animals across 450 species. The three main zones include Planeta Aqua, the Oceanarium, and Explora! Children's Area, each more unique than the other. Needless to say, if you have little ones tagging along with you, make sure they check out the Explora! zone to help spark an interest in oceanology!
