GroupVerified bookingYesterday5/5The experience was great. The ticket pickup location wasn't exactly where Google Maps directed us, but there were staff members there asking if we were with HeadOut, and they immediately gave us our printed tickets. After that, we just had to walk right through the entrance, skipping the lines. As for Pompeii, there’s nothing more to say—you have to see it for yourself. It’s incredible that it’s so well-preserved after all these years. We absolutely loved the visit.AAnnemieke G
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5Off to Pompeii! The entrance was clearly marked from the station. You don’t have to look for it. First, you need to stop by the tourist office with your admission ticket. You’ll find it across the street. They’ll print out your admission tickets, and with those, you can head to Pompeii. There are water fountains in Pompeii, but no places to eat or drink! So you’ll need to bring your own food and drinks. There are cafes and restaurants outside the gate. I didn’t find any restrooms either. Pretty strange, actually.AAshlyn S
CoupleVerified bookingJun 20264/5Pompeii is of course an incredible experience. I definitely think it is worth while using the free audioguide (we didn't) and so I don't think we got the full experience. The only issue we had was finding the office to convert our QR code to tickets as the one closest to the entrance was closed, but we found it without too much difficulty and went on to have a very interesting visit!MMaximiliano G
SoloVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5The experience was great; it was very easy to find the meeting point, where the staff spoke fluent Italian, Spanish, English, and probably other languages as well. They offered a wide selection of guides, books, and maps—the service was excellent. Getting into Pompeii was super easy—no lines or waiting. The app’s audio guide is very good and simple to use. Thank you very muchJJobert P
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5After finding the office in Pompeii to pick up the paper tickets, everything went smoothly, and everything was ready at the appointed time. However, in Herculaneum, there’s no need to go to Corso Resina 187 (a street number that doesn’t exist); you just need to go to the ticket office entrance. And everything went smoothly there.
