Esperienza davvero memorabile. Il biglietto combo per Pompei ed Ercolano permette di vivere in una sola giornata due siti archeologici unici, ma con atmosfere diverse. Ercolano mi ha colpito moltissimo per lo stato di conservazione delle case, degli affreschi, dei mosaici e degli ambienti interni: camminare tra quelle stanze dà davvero la sensazione di entrare nella vita quotidiana dell’antica città. La vista con il Vesuvio sullo sfondo rende tutto ancora più suggestivo. Pompei è più grande e scenografica, mentre Ercolano è più raccolta, intensa e sorprendente nei dettagli. Consiglio di iniziare presto, portare acqua e prendersi il tempo necessario per osservare bene ogni angolo. Un’esperienza culturale bellissima, emozionante e assolutamente consigliata.

Am Abend davor schnell gebucht und alle wichtigen Infos bekommen. Am nächsten Tag dann sofort reingekommen ohne anstehen und keinerlei Problemen. Sehr schnell & unkompliziert.

Super sowohl bei Hinreise als auch bei Rückreise Der erste Bus war voll. Jedoch war schnell ein zweiter Bus zur Verfügung. Bitte aber genug Zeit einplanen. Flughafen ist groesser als gedacht.

Herculaneum was peaceful and a wonderful, very well-preserved archaeological site. Pompeii is intriguing and full of fascinating stories. The Pompeii tour included a very entertaining guide who provided us with important information to help us understand the site and its main monuments. I just want to note the difficulty in locating the meeting point, as there were no clear signs indicating the location (no flag, T-shirt, or anything else that would have prevented us from asking for directions all the time and receiving vague answers); this is an area that needs improvement.

Booking the tickets was easy. Pompeii was a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We spent four hours exploring it, which was more than enough for us. Of course, you could easily spend a whole day there. Herculaneum was just as interesting, and much of it is even better preserved than in Pompeii. It’s also much smaller, so a two-hour visit was sufficient for us. We highly recommend both sites!

I liked getting tickets in advance but it was utterly not nesassary as the ticket lines were short at the venue. It gave us a peace of mind for quite an elevated price. With the audio guide we paid $64 for two tickets that really cost $40.00 The guide was useless. The points were not many and the descriptions were super-short. We ended up going back and purchasing audio guides from the venue. More languages and much more interesting and extensive recordings So it is my first time either Headout and might be the last as well...
