FamilyVerified booking5 days ago4/5First off, everything went well at the start. There’s one negative point I have to mention, but I don’t blame the headset for it, so I’m not deducting any stars. We had one participant who couldn’t walk properly. The tour guide took good care of him—finding an alternative route when possible, waiting for him, and meeting up later at a different spot. I think it should be clear to everyone that a 3-hour tour means 3 hours of standing and walking, sometimes on steep, uneven stairs. With temperatures over 30°C in the shade—and there isn’t shade everywhere. Anyone who’s in normal shape can handle it without any problems. But you should be aware of that going in. Now about the tour: Everything was well organized. Everything was announced in advance—for example, security and ticket checks—and we got through it smoothly. Since our guide has probably led this tour many times before, she was able to provide excellent answers to all our questions—not only about the tour itself but also about drinking water fountains and what to wear in the Vatican. Overall, it was a wonderful, informative day, and our children, ages 10 and 12, really enjoyed it too. All in all, we’d gladly do it again.SSarah R

Our guide was always caring for us, asking if everything was alright, stopped for the restroom and to drink water with this warm weather. She never was in a hurry.
