I thought it was a good tour. You are given a lot of context about the history of the ground you are walking on. On the downside, you don't have much opportunity to take pictures or focus on specific things that caught your attention, due to the very nature of a guided tour that involves listening to and following your guide. In short, if you are like me who prefer to go at your own pace it's fine because they pass you a speaker in your ear so you can listen to the guide while you walk and look at what interests you, without going too far away of course.

We could not print the tickets, we arrived before the schedule, but the security agents did not want to give us access. Until we found someone Spanish-speaking who told us where the company offices were located, thank God, they printed our passes, changed the schedule and we did it with an audio guide. I thought it was better because we did it at our own pace. Beautiful experience. TIP: explain better how to issue the passes because we got lost for more than two hours looking for the company.

The organizor was on time, and in the agreed location. Changes were communicated clearly ans on time. The guide was competent and knowledgeable. Enjoyable company and engaged personally. Only a couple of guests unfortunately were alllowed to delay the group due to their neglect and the group paid loss of time as a consequence. Illustrative flip charge was informative but in a very poor state. All in all, with a few simple improvements very recommended service.

Highly recommend! The tour was really good and we really enjoyed it and it added a lot to our experience. Our guide, Claudia, was amazing. She was so sweet, knew a lot, and her English was really good and understandable. Also from the company's side, there was always a human response available to talk to for any problem, and they made sure we got safely to the tour and to the meeting point. One of the best tours I've been on!

The tour is well organized, the guide was knowledgeable and told with passion what needed to be told. I would have preferred that the tour to the forums lasted a little longer. They are very large and because of the limited time of the tour very little was seen at the end.
