There are so many photos, I only took a few... some for laughs (look at that stone-faced expression :D) and some for their evocative power. As a tourist in my own city, I had so much fun being taken around and hearing about parts of my city that I sometimes knew little about, often nothing at all! The guide was exceptional and passionate, Andrej, from Roman in Romania, who also guides in Rome—it was written in the stars, PERFECT! An excellent experience, I felt protected (there were so many people!) and never alone, and every question or curiosity was satisfied. As for the place, well, what can I say (like asking the innkeeper how the wine is! <3): congratulations on the AI showing the gladiators' entrance, truly very impressive. SEE YOU NEXT TIME!

The office is just a quick five-minute walk from the Colosseum, and the staff explained everything clearly and had our tickets ready right away. No stress, no waiting — just an easy, hassle-free start to the day. The Colosseum itself was breathtaking. Standing inside feels like stepping into another era, with its massive arches and ancient stone radiating the energy of battles, crowds, and history that never really left. The Roman Forum was equally powerful — a haunting maze of broken columns and ruins that still feel alive, as if the echoes of the empire are hiding in every corner. It was definitely worth booking in advance as the queues were very long. Booking was straightforward. When we arrived at the Headout office in Rome there was no one there with no sign on the office door to let us know what was happening which made us worry. However, the office staff arrived after 10 minutes. Would have been good if they had put a note on the door to say they would be back soon. A great place to visit that is steeped in history.

Overall it was an interesting visit, although not so intuitive where you pick up the tickets. Having done them oneline you don't really understand who you then have to go to arrived on the long, I would recommend a different system, like being able to download them at the time of purchase, the audio guide that was included very clear in so many details.

Very well organized company, the guide was there waiting for us as initially agreed, even though we arrived 5 mins late. We had the tickets printed out by them, this was super efficient and visual, and I must say, I loved the audio guide app pre-installed the evening before the tour, so many insightful topics!
