CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5Our host Polina was incredible! We loved how knowledgeable she was and made the whole experience really interesting and fun! It was a particularly hot day and she also made sure to stop often in shaded areas for breaks from the heat while continuing to explain the history, you could tell she really cared and was interested in her job and the people on the tour.. she even reccomended places to eat/drink and visit after the tours and we visited one of the places she recommended and had a great time! The places we got to see were fantastic, and we could not reccomend this tour more!MMaria G
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago4/5We loved the tour and our guide but the confusion created by Carpe Diem before the tour we disliked. First we received information that our tour starting 9.30 was cancelled. We offered another different tour. We were offered a 15% payback. Which we still have not received. We accepted, our tour would start at 10.00. We again received an app from Carpe Diem that our tour would start at 10.30. Much to our surprise, on our way to the meeting point I received a call from from Carpe Diem. With the question , where are you? Your tour start at 10.00????JJay K
CoupleVerified bookingYesterday5/5Excellent tour with a fastastic guide. Isabel gave us the relevant history and detail of each stop while keeping us in the shade during extreme heat. She answered all questions, kept our group together in very crowded areas. Highly recommmend this tour.MMarcela D
GroupVerified bookingMay 20265/5Headout managed to successfully turn around an initial bad impression. A few days before our tour of the Colosseum—which we had booked over a month earlier—we received a message from the operator, Doooing Experience, stating that the tour had been canceled. The only alternative they offered was the same tour in the afternoon, but in English instead of Spanish, which was not an acceptable solution. After several complaints to the operator, Doooing Experience, and Headout, I had to cancel the tour and rebook the same excursion with Headout for the afternoon, which Headout did offer in Spanish. I did so without being sure they would refund the canceled portion. Fortunately, the tour was excellent! It ended up being a private tour just for the four of us, with an exceptional Roman guide, Laura. Laura was impeccable; she guided us through the Colosseum, the Forum, and the Palatine Hill with absolute calm and dedication, explaining so many centuries of history with ease and conveying her love for Rome in a very pleasant way. She is definitely highly recommended. A few days later, the refund for the canceled tour arrived. So, despite the initial frustration and anxiety, Headout handled the situation well and more than made up for the initial bad impression.PPaivi T
CoupleVerified bookingMay 20265/5Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum 18.5.2026 What an absolutely wonderful day! Our guide, Loreena, was so friendly yet professional! Her personal energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and we listened to her stories for over three hours—and we could have kept going forever! I also really appreciate how EcoArt kept us updated on all the details of the tour. Highly recommended! Päivi and Pekka (62 v) from Finland
