    Die Leiterin Lucy war ein echter Engel. Sehr schöne Aussprache, sehr motiviert und immer freundlich. Die Fahrgäste waren nicht alle pünktlich, wollten Regeln umgehen und haben auch nicht immer zugehört. Sowohl Lucy, als auch unser Fahrer blieben stets freundlich doch bestimmt.

    The trip is well planned, we go to studio first and stay there for 4 hour, enough time for explore and enjoy the studio. Then we travelled to Oxford. Lucy is knowledgeable and funny, she introduced each visit worthy location and harry potter photo spot. We had a good time. Transportation is comfortable too.

    Great tour guide, good information and we covered most of the entire Tower. Very well worth the money! A bit of a heads up, Headout shows the meeting place as in front of the souvenir shop, it is BEHIND the souvenir shop!!!

    ticketing - very easy to do and to use for all our reservations (3 - Frameless, the Eye, day tour) The guide for the day tour (Guided magic of London Tour with Afternoon tea at Harrods) was excellent. The bus was very confortable, and because we were the only ones going to Harrods, they took us with a private taxi to Harrods and up to the "Georgian".

    Not enough good things to say about our guide, Ariane. She was so insightful, fun and interesting. She packed so much in but yet it wasn't overwhelming. Strongly recommend doing this....and asking for Ariane. This was the 6th touring 7 days and she was the absolute best guide!!
