Important Information

• Please check the individual timings and operating hours of the attractions before visiting.

• On the app or website, please also check if you have to make a reservation before visiting certain attractions.

• With the exception of cruises (only 1 per day), there is no limit to how many attractions you can visit in one day.

• The pass is activated when you use it at the first attraction after which it is valid for consecutive days. In this case, it’s valid for 2 days after first use. The pass expires at midnight.

• You get to visit multiple attractions with the same ticket.

Using the New York Pass is completely hassle-free. Your pass will be emailed to you and you may choose to either take a printout of it or simply save it on your phone.

• You could also choose to collect your pass from certain designated locations - the Big Bus Welcome Center or the Big Bus information desk at Madame Tussauds.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Please take a print out/download the voucher on your mobile device and display it along with a valid photo ID at the ticket redemption points.
