Easy access once you have the tickets. But make sure you actually receive the PDF tickets. I finally received them after messaging customer service for two hours. You couldn’t activate the Roma Pass using the QR code they showed on the app.

No lines to enter in attractions! Visit coliseum was possible because we have Roma Pass otherwise we can't make the reservation. Very useful using public transportation!

It’s really convenient to be able to use all forms of public transportation so easily. And waiting in line isn’t a problem either. Even when the electronic system at a museum went down, we were still able to get in. Everyone else had to leave. All in all, the pass was a great solution for us.

The çise we received need to be activated on romapass application we wasted an hour with tourist Informatuon center and in the line for colosseum this should be clearly labeled in the product. Rome pass itself was great though free transportation+1 locatlion pass we used lt on colosseum was a great deal.

You can travel across Rome using metro lines, trams, buses, and urban ATAC rail services without purchasing separate transport tickets. The included transport access helps you move easily between museums, archaeological sites, and major city landmarks during your sightseeing plans.

Seamless activation

Download the Roma Pass app from the Apple Store or Play Store

After booking, you will receive a QR code, PNR code, and ticket code

Scan the QR code in the app or manually enter the codes to activate your pass

Reservations are mandatory for the Colosseum and Borghese Gallery through the Roma Pass App or the official Roma Pass website

Your pass activates automatically on first use at an attraction or on public transport

Once activated, the pass is valid for 48 or 72 consecutive hours, based on the option selected

What to bring

You need an active internet connection to download and use the Roma Pass app.

What's not allowed

Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable once activated.

Additional information

Some attractions require reservations. Reservations are mandatory for the Colosseum and the Borghese Gallery.

Reservations can be made through the Roma Pass App or via the official Roma Pass website using the links provided in the museum section or in the reservations FAQ.

For these attractions, it is recommended to book at least 10 days in advance, or 20 days during peak season.

You can visit participating attractions only during your selected pass validity period.

Public transport includes metro, tram, bus, and urban ATAC rail services.

The pass is valid only for the named pass holder.
