I was introduced to the Headout special on the internet. I have one question about the National Gallery, why was that o e of the listed attractions when I could have walked in anytime at no cost?

It was very convenient; unfortunately, up until the fifth booking, I didn’t have any problems. For the last two, I had to wait two days, exchanging email after email, and in the end I asked them to book it for me because, even though they’d written to say they’d fixed the problem with their system, it still wouldn’t let me do it. Fortunately, I had a 7-day vacation, but if it had been any shorter, I wouldn’t have been able to schedule and book all 7 attractions.

Couldn't redeem tickets for an attraction. Had to contact support to get them to do it from their end, which took some time.
