These tickets are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.

What to bring

• Keep your digital PDF ticket ready and present the QR code or ticket when visiting each participating facility.

• Check the available facilities, opening hours, and public holidays before your visit.

What’s not allowed

• Re-entry to a facility is not permitted after you have used your pass there.

• Unused facility entries cannot be refunded.

• Partial refunds or changes are not allowed for tickets in the same order.

Additional information

• The pass is valid for 270 days after purchase and becomes active for use when you scan the QR code at your first facility.

• After the first scan, the pass is valid for 7 days, but this period cannot extend beyond the original 270-day ticket validity.

• You can use the pass at 3 participating facilities during the 7-day validity period.

• Each facility can be used once, and the pass is valid for one person.

• There is no age limit, and the pass is suitable for adults and children.

• Reservations can be made on the day of your visit.

• Check each facility’s information, opening hours, and public holidays in advance using the operator’s facility list.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
