Our guide, THEO, was absolutely brilliant. He helped me throughout as I was nervous and slow but he had patience with me. I am so grateful to him for his professionalsm and kindness. He made the climb a great experience. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and made checking in an efficient process.

From start to finish the whole experience was fab! The people who worked there were friendly and knowledgable and you felt safe. Myself and my 10 year old thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely go again.

Fantastic experiance, even if heights are an issue the staff really do take care if you and make it fun along the way. Give it a go you wont regret it
