Simply put our guide Mark made our entire experience, he made sure everyone of all ranges of experience enjoyed the anventure, was super informative and humerous making sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing to fully enjoy the climb in the most safe way possible and also the most fun way possible! Amazing experience. Abi our climb guide was so kind. There were 8 of us in our party with two that were scared of heights . She helped us all with such patience and the feeling when you make it to the top is amazing . Would do do it again

Everything about our visit was great. The lad who took us up was the best. We was in London for 4 days doing things and this was by far the best but scary thing we done.

Checking in was really easy, no queues. All staff were very friendly and reassuring! Our guide was excellent. Not the most adrenaline fueled day out but really fun.

The experience was fantastic, Humphrey and the other gentleman were very good , very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience for my daughters 16th birthday.

From start to finish, from booking to to finding where the experience begins the process was smooth, with clear instructions. The safety brief, checks, the use of equipment , the dos and don't were clear, precise and easy to follow. The climb was amazing, the views spectacular. An experience that will never be forgotten, made special by Bones, our guide. His patience, knowledge and understanding the group was calming and made the experience enjoyable. An experience I definitely would recommend.
