The Catacombs was a cool retreat from the heat above, and the guide was very knowledgeable. I was astounded to learn of the three different ways to be buried, and it was a nice surprise to be able to visit for free the other catacombs in Naples at a later time!

An amazing place. The catacombs are vast and well-preserved. The foundation that restored them and organizes the tours is doing a wonderful job in the Sanita neighborhood. The guides are very professional and attentive. And they’re volunteers for the foundation! Congratulations.
