We took the guided tour of both the catacombs of San Gennaro and San Gaudioso. Very different from each other and very fascinating both so I recommend seeing them both. The cooperative that runs the catacombs "La Paranza" provides very knowledgeable guides who are very friendly and helpful. Specifically I had the wrong time in the reservation and they changed the time of the visit without any problem and with a smile. We were so pleased to know that the cooperative was created to support the youth of the Rione Sanità neighborhood, so I absolutely recommend visits with them. By buying the ticket for the catacombs you also receive a discount for the museum of Jago, a contemporary sultore whose Works are absolutely worth seeing. In essence 100% positive experience.Nicola

It was really a nice experience, thanks to the guide Amara( he is a boy) who with his explanation managed to bring us into the period of the catacombs of San Gaudioso.Excellent explanation also in the church and the illustration of the crib. Also the visit of the catacombs of San Gennaro were accompanied by a good guide named CristinaGianfranco

Cristina was an excellent guide, explaining everything in detail and with a touch of irony that nicely highlighted the history and culture of Naples. Absolutely a must-do!Nicole

It's a wonderful experience, but we feel a bit dissatisfied that we only saw so little of the catacombs. But we still recommend it.Maria

Very good tour of the Catacombs of San Gennaro, for the others I could not go, I did not know how to get the new tickets and I did not trust getting there and not being able to enter because of too many visitors.

San Gennaro
At San Gennaro, walk through two expansive levels of burial chambers carved into volcanic tuff. Admire early Christian mosaics, vivid frescoes, and the tomb of San Gennaro, Naples' cherished patron saint, all within one of Southern Italy’s largest early Christian cemeteries. The wide corridors and open spaces reflect a distinctive design created to welcome pilgrims and worshippers.
San Gaudioso
Your journey continues at the Catacombs of San Gaudioso, located beneath the Basilica of Santa Maria della Sanità. Discover the fascinating mix of early Christian burial sites and 17th-century aristocratic traditions, including macabre paintings by Giovanni Balducci and skulls embedded in walls to commemorate the deceased.
