This fortress, a short distance from Vatican City, is lesser known than other Roman attractions, but well worth the visit. You begin by walking across the bridge of Angels, and the included audioguide is excellent. The biggest bonus - stunning views of Rome and Vatican City! I highly recommend it.

We walked up to the Castel about 5 minutes early, showed our tickets using the app and proceeded inside. We found the audio very helpful and enjoyed the entire experience. We've purchased 3 tours from Headout while in Rome and found them well organized and easy to navigate.

Once again, as already mentioned with other bookings, completely uncomplicated booking and paying via Headout 👍🏻😘 I would always prefer this, never queuing for 1.5-2 hours 🤷🏻‍♂️ A very nice tour to experience and explore Castel Sant'Angelo on your own 👍🏻 For you at Headout: Please provide a more precise description of where to meet at the tour operator's meeting point to pick up the booked tickets 😳

The Castel was excellent and well worth visiting. The instructions to meet the on site rep were very inadequate and we had to ring the office to get the necessary info. Another couple had to do the same thing. Valeria who dealt with us was not at all helpful and she seemed to lack any customer focus. Four stars for the Castel. No stars for the tour rep.
