I could buy the ticket with no queues nor lines. The online purchase is very convenient. At the place I was able to listen to each piece of information separately and repeat the audio in need. After, the audio was still available and I could relisten to the stories. Additionally, each audio part has a title photo that facilitates determining where you are or where you're supposed to go. It was really great and I will use it again when/where I can. Thank you. :)

There is no line, so no waiting at the entrance. Also good is the audioguide solution via appa on the phone, the contents of which could be improved a little bit (a brief introductory history of the site, from its origins to the present day; remember to follow the itinerary suggested by the signage present).

It was a beautiful building and I am glad we saw it but I would have liked the audio guide to be more step by step. Inside the castle they had an audio guide that was numbered and as you stopped at each location you would understand where you were and what you were seeing. Nothing is clearly marked at the castle so we had to look at pictures on the app to see if we were in the right room. Some of the rooms had more than. One part of the tour and there was no guidance on where to go or where to stand in those instances.

The audio guide did not fully download and was confusing. We ended up abandoning the audio and just read the signs. It was pretty much exactly the same. Castle D'santangelo itself was fantastic and we very much enjoyed the experience.

I really liked the audioguide provided, it was really detailed and ordered. however i would suggest you told us earlier we had to bring our earphones
