We had a lovely long lazy morning in the spa and thermal baths. A great way to round off a long weekend of walking the city. Other reviews say how busy it can get – so we arrived early (ish) on a Monday morning and it was fine. But I can see how it would get busy at peak times. The outdoor pool was lovely – perfectly warm (38) on a chilly autumn morning. And then the indoor area had lots of choice from more warm baths to steam room and saunas (of varying temperature – so something for everyone). Do remember to take flip-flops and your own towel. Also – your towel will get wet as you go around, so a second towel for finally getting changed when you leave would also be handy.

Absolutely amazing experience at Széchenyi Spa! The warm thermal water is incredibly relaxing and really helps soothe and relax the muscles. It’s the perfect place to unwind, rejuvenate, and escape from the stress of everyday life. The beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere make the experience even more special. Truly worth every penny and a must-visit in Budapest! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would recommend a Danube cruise to anyone visiting Budapest, Silverline were great and Kris so kind in letting us swap our tickets to a later time after our flight was delayed! It worked out really well as we boarded in the daylight but saw all the buildings light up as it went dark - beautiful :) I can really recommend the mulled wine menu too!

The water was warm and pleasant, and everything was very clean. However, I would have appreciated the option to rent a bathrobe, as it gets cold and the towel eventually becomes wet. Heating lamps in the seating areas near the pool would also have made a big difference in keeping guests warm and comfortable.

We had booked admission tickets via the baths' website and Headout. The tickets were QR codes, and we had chosen private changing cabins where we could keep our things. Everything worked well, and it was a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

All 3 outside baths open , pity we couldn't stop longer, it was a birthday treat but grandad had to go, had to help him down the slippy stairs to the changing rooms. Otherwise great time spent , especially the lazy river.

We had a really great experience! Everything was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our time. The experience was definitely worth it, and we would happily recommend it to other travelers. Everything went smoothly, and we left with lovely memories. Thank you for such a great experience! Only downside is open desk didn't had any overhang, right before our cruise started we got caught in the rain and couldn't enjoy open desk properly, unfortunately. But everything else was perfect, thank you!

A truly wonderful experience at Budapest's Széchenyi Baths! The outdoor pools are spectacular, especially with the contrast between the warm water and the outside temperature. The facility is charming and offers several pools to relax in. Admission with Headout was smooth and hassle-free. The only downside: some areas are a bit crowded and the changing rooms could be managed better. Overall, an experience I definitely recommend to anyone visiting Budapest!

The cruise was an amazing experience! The views of Budapest at night were absolutely breathtaking, especially the illuminated Parliament building and the beautiful bridges along the Danube. The place is beautiful and the surrounding gardens are wonderful. There are various pools and saunas, the best one being one of the outdoor ones. It's October and we weren't cold at all. Some of the pools didn't have very clean water. We paid for two cabins, but they only gave us one, and they are very small for two people.
