Due to autumn maintenance, the outdoor thermal pool will be closed from September 22 to 28, 2025, and the outdoor adventure pool will be unavailable from September 29 to October 5, 2025.

Starting August 1, 2025, entry to the bath will no longer be permitted for anyone under the age of 14.

The last entry is allowed up to one hour before closing, and all pools and surrounding areas must be vacated 20 minutes before closing time.

Wearing slippers in the spa area is mandatory for all guests.

The light sauna and the volcano sauna are temporarily out of service due to technical issues.
