During my trip to Budapest, visiting a thermal bath was one of the best experiences I had. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the pools were amazing. There were different types of pools with various temperatures, so it was easy to spend hours there without getting bored. The warm thermal water felt refreshing and helped us relax after walking around the city all day. The sauna area was also excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and gave the whole experience a luxurious feeling. What made the visit even more special was the social atmosphere. We met many friendly people from different countries and had enjoyable conversations while relaxing in the pools. It felt like a place where people could truly connect and have a good time together. I also thought the thermal hub was very safe and well-organized. The staff were helpful, lockers were secure, and the environment felt comfortable at all times. In my opinion, anyone visiting Budapest should definitely experience one of its thermal baths at least once. It is a perfect combination of relaxation, fun, and culture.

The visit to the hot springs was totally worth it. We arrived around noon; there were people there, but it wasn't too crowded, so we were able to really enjoy all the pools, both indoor and outdoor. We had access to lockers, and everything worked out great. I'd definitely go back! As for the Danube tour, it was really nice, but it was definitely very crowded, and I think the people who really get the most out of it are the ones by the window. It was still really nice, though; I just think you get more out of it on the open-air boats. A lovely experience

Entry was super easy with the tickets on our phones. The site is beautiful and the water is wonderfully warm. However, it was very crowded. Just getting a locker is enough. Bring sunscreen. We only put it on our faces and got badly sunburned in April. An absolute must-do. The fact that children under 14 aren’t allowed on the premises is a very good thing; it lets you enjoy yourself more peacefully.

We had a great time visiting Széchenyi spa, it was fairly easy to get to on public transport and clear signage about which entrance to use. Whilst the outside pool was not in use due to maintenance this wasn't an issue as there was the two outside pools and plenty of indoor pools. Whilst the spa trip can seem expensive I'd say it's definitely worth the money as you have access to many pools with stunning architecture and there is also a steam room.

The Budapest thermal baths and sauna experience was one of the highlights of our trip. The beautiful historic setting, warm thermal pools, and relaxing saunas created an amazing atmosphere unlike anywhere else. Everything was clean, well organised, and incredibly relaxing, and spending time moving between the pools, steam rooms, and saunas was the perfect way to experience Budapest’s unique culture. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

Thank you to Headout for recommending this tour to us. We had a memorable day at the thermal baths, thanks to the many indoor pools with water at different temperatures, set in stunningly beautiful rooms. It’s magical! Outside, we enjoyed the relaxing water jets and played on the carousel, laughing heartily.

It was very easy to get into the spa, and the lines moved quickly first thing in the morning. The high-temperature thermal baths and various lower-temperature pools were excellent. Saunas at different temperatures are also included. Overall, a very good experience, and everything was easy to find. Highly recommended—a must-visit in Budapest.

It was amazing—it's totally worth it. The outdoor pools are incredible, everything is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. I'd definitely highlight the variety of saunas available; there are aromatic ones, very hot ones, steam rooms, and even a nude sauna. It was incredible.

It was such an amazing experience in these thermal baths. The building from outside as from inside is absolutely beautiful and inspiring. I have never seen so many saunas and thermal baths all together. It would also nice to see that you can play chess in the outside pools and also have food or a drink.
