COVID-19 Safety Measures

  • The safety and wellbeing of visitors and staff is the priority.
  • To allow everyone to enjoy their visit while maintaining social distancing, the Gallery is operating with reduced visitor capacity.

  • The multimedia guides and headphones are cleaned twice before you use them – once before distribution, and again on return. You are welcome to use your own standard wired headphones if you prefer.
  • Toilets and baby-care facilities are available. Capacities are being managed with an enhanced cleaning regime in operation.
  • Card payments are preferred for the safety of both customers and staff.
  • It is now mandatory to wear a face-covering when inside any shop (exemptions excluded). You are also politely requested to use the hand sanitizer provided before touching any products, surfaces, and handrails and if you can, minimize your contact with the merchandise on display. A member of staff may ask you to do this before entry to the shop.
