I rode Brightline the first time this Labor Day weekend round trip Orlando to Miami and I loved the experience. The train station is beautiful and huge. Since the trains are very smooth and very quiet, I was able to call my family for a quick call and they couldn't tell I wasn't at home. There are places to charge technology around the seats and tables. The leather seats are comfortable and spacious. Also, snacks are available for purchase and brought to your seat. The restrooms on the train and stations are very clean. Everything was perfect. I was even thinking of riding the train back and forth from Miami to Orlando just for the relaxing and peaceful ride. Great job Brightline. I will be going to Miami more often.😊

This was my first time traveling with you on this route. I am a Texas resident and traveled to Florida specifically for business in Orlando and Miami. Booking the trip was very simple: once I finished my work in Orlando, I just went to the website, selected the route, date, cabin, and time, made the payment, and that was it. Then, I arrived at the terminal 10 minutes early, boarded the train, and found my cabin and seat. I sat down, plugged in my tablet and phone, and worked comfortably as the journey progressed. Brightline train from Miami to Orlando was a fabulous experience. From entering the station in Miami to getting off the train in Orlando, the whole experience was very comfortable and pleasant. Eveything was streamlined and efficient. I am from LA and I wish our stations and trains could be like Brightline.

First time client. Facility was clean and staff helpful. However the waiting area felt cramped and boarding procedures/instructions were vague. There seemed to be an expectation that the traveler was experienced and understood the process rather than making sure that all did. The WiFi service on the train was very spotty which made the ride seem longer than it was.

Great cleanliness but seats couldn't recline back even 10 degrees. Both my daughter and I noticed this and we were uncomfortable due to the 3.5 train journey. Bathrooms were super clean.

Ride was smooth, service was excellent, food was fresh and tasty. having the ability to stretch your legs on a trip, is a huge advantage over a plane ride. not having to pay for your luggage is another plus. Boarding went smooth and quick. Will definitely take the train when available instead of flying.
