This was my first time traveling with you on this route. I am a Texas resident and traveled to Florida specifically for business in Orlando and Miami. Booking the trip was very simple: once I finished my work in Orlando, I just went to the website, selected the route, date, cabin, and time, made the payment, and that was it. Then, I arrived at the terminal 10 minutes early, boarded the train, and found my cabin and seat. I sat down, plugged in my tablet and phone, and worked comfortably as the journey progressed. First time client. Facility was clean and staff helpful. However the waiting area felt cramped and boarding procedures/instructions were vague. There seemed to be an expectation that the traveler was experienced and understood the process rather than making sure that all did. The WiFi service on the train was very spotty which made the ride seem longer than it was.
