My train ride was smooth and comfortable. The train was clean, and overall it was a convenient and enjoyable way to travel. I would definitely ride again. The only downside was having to pay extra for one piece of luggage because of the size, which was not clearly mentioned on the website.

Excellent experience on Brightline: everything was very clean, service was great, boarding and exiting were quick and smooth. The train felt stable, fast, and comfortable. I’d definitely ride again.

It was really great—a real treat. The only thing that could be improved would be the language; very few staff members spoke Spanish. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
