Ride was smooth, service was excellent, food was fresh and tasty. having the ability to stretch your legs on a trip, is a huge advantage over a plane ride. not having to pay for your luggage is another plus. Boarding went smooth and quick. Will definitely take the train when available instead of flying.

The service was excellent. The train was clean and comfortable and the journey was smooth. Only negative was having to pay an extra charge for my bag which I wasn't aware was necessary when I booked

My train ride was smooth and comfortable. The train was clean, and overall it was a convenient and enjoyable way to travel. I would definitely ride again. The only downside was having to pay extra for one piece of luggage because of the size, which was not clearly mentioned on the website.

Very good. But I was surprised to see that they were old trains. The station in Orlando is at the airport. In Europe, the trains are easy to access. Here, I found them slow, and they don't measure up to the AVE or the Flecha Rosa! What a shame.

Service provide by the Brightline between Orlando and Miami was fantastic. We were running late (due to slight schedule time misprint by Headout) but the agents took care of finding the tickets, scanned the passes for us, helped Hold the train and provided great service. We have been used to using the European trains and this rates up there with them. The new train station at the Orlando airport is spaceous and beatiful . And right next to the rental car return allowed a great turnin and ride experience. The Miami station was alive we we arrived and was nice experience as well.
