As a first experience on a train, Brightline has blown away my expectations. Starting with the Premier lounge. Coffee, fresh pastry and juices and a comfortable seating area exceeds many of the sky lounges I visit as a traveler. The preboarding and comfort of the seats with ample electrical connections and flawless wifi, was great. The roomy seats and in trip snack service was better than first class airline service on most carriers. The train was quiet and clean and made my trip from Orlando to Miami productive yet super comfortable. The cleanliness of the train and restroom was also a big surprise. Jamal our porter was attentive and friendly. Knowing the traffic patterns at the morning hour, I would never drive again. Outstanding service and can not believe I have never taken brightline before.

First time using Brightline. Everything was well marked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Getting off at Miami could have a little more descriptions where taxis are. But it wasn't hard to figure that out

I had to swap out my tickets at the Brightline station to stop at Fort Lauderdale and have my luggage go to Fort Lauderdale because I could not get it to book on your site

I rode Brightline the first time this Labor Day weekend round trip Orlando to Miami and I loved the experience. The train station is beautiful and huge. Since the trains are very smooth and very quiet, I was able to call my family for a quick call and they couldn't tell I wasn't at home. There are places to charge technology around the seats and tables. The leather seats are comfortable and spacious. Also, snacks are available for purchase and brought to your seat. The restrooms on the train and stations are very clean. Everything was perfect. I was even thinking of riding the train back and forth from Miami to Orlando just for the relaxing and peaceful ride. Great job Brightline. I will be going to Miami more often.😊

The service was very good! I felt like I was getting first class treatment. The ride was comfortable. The food was tasty. I got the cuban sandwich with chips and a glass of wine. It was very clean which I appreciated especially the restroom. The seats were comfortable. My bag was checked at the front of the station so I did not have to carry it on the train. I loved that. The Orlando station and the Miami Stations are nice and updated. The time of arrival was great also. Only a few stops and I was at my destination in no time at all. They unloaded the luggage and it was so smooth. I immediately saw my suitcase a very short wait.

This was the first time using BRIGHTLINE. It was great. I didn't have to worry about traffic and gas fill ups. The ride was smooth and enjoyable. It got us to Miami faster and I could enjoy the ride. Will definitely do this again.

Lack of directives, signage and live customer service at the stations. Both at departure and arrivals. Train ride was great but again for a newbie like me it was confusing not knowing where to go when at the main station. Departure and arrival at the same venue causes chaos Thanks
