Easy spot to pick up and they contacted us the day before because of change of the hour. Our guide was Andrea , very polite and answered the messages the day before to make sure about the time of the trip. A good experience, beautiful places , organised with time because there are lots of buses there so you have to be on time , the only negative is that you don't have much time to Bran castle but considering the time you need to get there and go back it is reasonable.

It was a very enjoyable and interesting experience. The selection of castles was excellent, each offering unique history and beautiful views. The guide was knowledgeable, which made the tour even more memorable. The itinerary was well-organized, and there was enough time at each location to explore and take photos. However, the bus did not have air conditioning, which made the journey quite uncomfortable, especially during warmer parts of the day. Improving this aspect would significantly enhance the overall experience. Thank you for an otherwise wonderful excursion—I would still recommend it to others.

Bran Castle and the grounds of Peles Castle were breathtaking. The only thing that would have made it better would be spending more time in Brasov, even if that meant missing out on seeing the castle from the "Wednesday" series.

We did this trip with Andreea as our tour guide and she was fantastic with all the information her English wa fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and passed on all the interesting facts about each destination. She was an excellent organiser and nothing was any trouble and she kept things moving very smoothly throughout the whole day . She's a very hard worker, we did the full day trip which lasted 12 hrs and she was on the go the whole time and still kept a smile on her face . If we do any other tours we would lovd to have Andreea as a guide again . Nora and Andy Ireland

The scenery was wonderful, but... we started the trip from Bucharest 20 minutes late. When we got on the bus (one of the big ones), we sat in the back where the seats were empty, fastened our seatbelts, and found gum stuck to one of them—it was awful. The tour was advertised as guided, but in reality it was just a transfer; the guide didn’t provide much information, only telling us a few things when we arrived at Bran Castle, and she mainly focused on those who had bought their tickets for the castle through them. While in Sinaia, at Pelișor... we were told we had an hour... very little time, but since that’s what they told us, we were already at the meeting point when I received a message saying the departure would be 45 minutes later....which is disrespectful to those who do respect the schedule, or they could have anticipated that there would be a crowd so that the other tourists could tour more comfortably. Also, something extremely important... some of the seats were loose, which is dangerous. In fact, my mother (an elderly woman) was lucky enough to switch seats, since during a somewhat abrupt stop, the seat slid down the aisle. I think there’s room for improvement; the scenery in the area is wonderful, the people are very friendly, but if a foreigner who doesn’t speak the language books a guided tour in Spanish (because that’s what’s offered), the guide should lead the tourists, providing relevant information and stories—not just selling tickets to attractions.
