This is a fantastic excursion—you absolutely must go. The beauty of the Carpathian Mountains is unique, and the castles are beyond words. Plan a whole day for the trip, because it lasts twelve hours.

Last week

It was nice to see the 3 castles and Brasov. Unfortunately since it was on a Sunday in August there was much traffic and the tickets were sold out to the first castle, which was the one I most wanted to see so choose not to go inside any of them. The whole tour took 12 1/2 hours since we got stock in the traffic jam several times. Best is to go on a Wednesday or a Thursday. Monday and Tuesday some are closed.

The landscapes were very beautiful, as were Peles Castle and its lovely gardens; Bran Castle was charming but very crowded; the Addams Castle was the least interesting. Brasov was very nice. Carol and the driver were excellent. The distances between Peles and Bran are considerable, and with the traffic, you’re forced to visit the sites in a short amount of time, which turns the tour into a race against the clock...

We visited three castles and the city of Brasov—an itinerary that offers an authentic taste of Transylvania’s magic. The three castles offer very different experiences: atmospheres, stories, and landscapes that change completely from one stop to the next. One in particular gave us the unique sensation of being embraced by the Carpathians—a moment that truly left a lasting impression. The tour was organized with exceptional punctuality, despite the day’s inevitable hiccups: long lines at the castles, heavy traffic along the way, and tight schedules to keep. The management was impeccable and allowed us to enjoy every stop without stress. We only got a brief glimpse of Brasov, given the “hit-and-run” nature of the tour, but the view of the Black Church is definitely worth the stop.The guide proved to be knowledgeable, passionate, and able to convey history and atmosphere in a highly engaging way. It’s a perfect tour for anyone looking for a first taste of Transylvania or for travelers on a tight schedule who want to see a lot in a single day.

Hi, the tour had a lot of problems due to the weather—heavy rain and road issues. Our guide, Stefan, was fantastic—he was always looking for the best solution, and besides speaking Spanish, he helped us with everything. The only thing I didn’t like was the first stop at Miércoles Castle—I think that stop was unnecessary. Pels Castle was spectacular, and Stefan gave us lots of information and made the tour very entertaining.

Easy spot to pick up and they contacted us the day before because of change of the hour. Our guide was Andrea , very polite and answered the messages the day before to make sure about the time of the trip. A good experience, beautiful places , organised with time because there are lots of buses there so you have to be on time , the only negative is that you don't have much time to Bran castle but considering the time you need to get there and go back it is reasonable.
