Our guide from 'Once upon a time' at 10am November 18th for the Galleria Borghese was incredible. We apologize if we get her name wrong, but Alessia was so engaging, so knowledgeable, and weaved such an intriguing discussion of the art and sculpture together-we didn't want it to end. She is a local Roman and her pride of ownership really showed! We could not have been luckier to be matched with such a wonderful person and guide. She is a wonderful asset to your company. We had a guided tour at the Galleria Borghese yesterday and it was excellent. Our guide, Lorenzo, spoke perfect English and was very easy to understand. The tour was very interesting, and he showed us all the highlights and explained everything clearly. There were no regular tickets available, so we booked the guided tour instead - and we absolutely did not regret it. It was worth every cent and we would definitely recommend a guided tour to anyone who really wants to get the most out of the Galleria.

The french speaking guide Justine was just outstanding. She has very clearly explained the historical context of the artworks and the first and second level of interpretation. She is a top subject matter expert making it very interesting for anybody.

The guide was nice and knowledgeable,but her English was hard to understand because she has hard Italian accent and she speaks very fast. She should talk much slower...other than that she was fabulous.
