It was easy breezy walk to the Vatican museum . The in and out Italy were so organized with the influx of visitos arriving every minute. Although there was lit of reservations, the organizers are very awRe and told us to lineup by the trees. It was perfectly timed . Our guide was so calm in telling us how we shoul line up. I like the fact tbat tbe office is very close to the entrance. The time was perfect to enter the Vatican . I would book with them again in the future

Alex could not have nicer or more helpful. We met Alex at the cafe and he escorted us to the correct line, through security, and all the way to entrance turnstile. We used this ticket to enter and used Rick Steves audio to guide ourselves through the museum and sistine chapel. This ticket saved us at least 1 hour of time standing in a line plus total chaos at the entrance. He explained everything clearly. I'm so glad we did this.

We opted for a self guided tour as we were pushed for time. So thankful that we found Head Out as the queues were very long. Head Out guide lead us to the cashier desk and showed out ID. She (Neeshou) then took us to the entrance where everything went smoothly. We headed for The Sisteen Chapel which took us an hour to I get there through the museums. We took photos as we walked. Overall totally easy with Head Out

My favorite thing about visiting the Vatican Museums was looking up at Michelangelo’s ceiling in the Sistine Chapel. Seeing it in person gave me a sense of its scale that photos never did. I also loved the Gallery of Maps, where I could take my time spotting familiar places on maps drawn centuries ago. I liked how every room gave me another reason to slow down and look more closely at subtle details.

We went to the office where we redeemed our tickets, just a few meters from the museum entrance. What I liked most was that a guide accompanied us to the museum entrance, explaining interesting little details about the visit along the way. Right before going through the final turnstiles, they left us and we explored on our own.

The skip the que is excellent at this time of year, ie. Arrived on the 10th October in rome, I had previously before arrival discovered the Headout app. Found my interest! And booked accordingly! Looking at the general ques, I was delighted, in fact, I made a comment just before the Sistine Chapel! The longest wait was infact to the ladies toilets! Don't be shy in talking your Camera out in the Vatican museum! Its the Sistine Chapel where you will be strictly ordered to turn your Camera off! And its understandable! Adhere to the standard! And your experience will be exceptional! Remember, your walking on the stones of Popes, And looking at artifacts of the Troy era. Thats BC.

The guide made sure everyone was keeping up and accounted for, which was really pleasant despite the crowds around the Vatican. Much appreciated. Once at the entrance, the guide lets us do our own thing and we make our own way through; you can visit in whatever order you like. Very crowded, you shouldn't mind crowds during the museum visit. But a very wonderful experience!

The museum itself was a great experience. So glad we chose a non guided tour as there were a few aspects that didn't interest us so we were able to move on at our own pace However my big concern was that at NO point were we asked for any form of identification from any of the Headout team or the Vatican staff.
