If you are a Lord of the Rings fan, then visiting the Hobbiton movie set is a must. Hop on your comfortable ride from Auckland and journey to the magical world of Hobbiton. On the way, spot the lush trees dotting the Waikato river and the Kaimai Ranges standing tall. Once you reach, you will get on a short bus with your Hobbiton guide and be taken to the set.

Once you reach the set, your guide will escort you on a shared walking tour around the movie set. See the beautiful gardens, and the 44 Hobbit holes lining the hillside before arriving at Bagshot Row to peek inside the humble home of a Hobbit.
