Passengers must collect their boarding pass at the Majestic Fast Ferry Counter, HarbourFront Centre, 1 Maritime Square #03-39 to #03-41, Singapore 099253, at least 1 hour before the 08:50am ferry departure.

Please arrive at the boarding gate at least 20 minutes before departure; latecomers will be denied boarding and no refunds will be provided.

Lunch is included at a designated restaurant depending on your itinerary.

The tour includes ferry transportation, car transfers on Batam Island, entry to all listed attractions, and a massage session.
