Very well organized despite the schedule change (5:40 a.m. instead of 7:00 a.m.); there was a bit of stress waiting for the tickets (after 2–3 days), but everything else went very well, even though things moved quickly on site. The tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau is a must-see; it’s striking to see this place and important for remembrance. Our host Susana, our guide, and the drivers from Super Cracow were perfect.

We had an English speaking tour with royal tours. Our guide was very clear and her English was great. The tour was very thorough in the first half, although the second half felt very rushed. Overall was a great experience but wouldn't go again.

The place was great. Arriving there already gave that "dark" vibe like going to somewhere really bad. The tour leader was really helpful. Places themselves were amazing, spooky, well preserved and full of pain. It was great to see every spot, every detail and the setting of the scenery was incredible. Auschwitz and Birkenau gave something to remember for the rest of your lives. Also, the tour guide was incredible. She gave her best insights on every place, provided every detail, and given her old age, she spoke English very fluent and was just incredible. Only one thing that happened was the time of our meeting were changed for an unexplained reason and we had to accommodate. But it's okay. The thing why this review gets 4 stars is the ordered lunch. Really expected it to be a normal, good lunch like meat, potatoes, vegetables and also soup, not some random and cheap stuff like sandwich, apple, etc... Overall, unforgettable experience!

The service wasn't what I expected The bus wasn't clearly marked, and there was a large crowd that wouldn't let anyone get on. In the end, everyone got on and had to stand the whole trip. Nowhere did it say the name of the booking company

The tour was really well organized right from the start. The bus—spacious and clean—arrived on time to pick us up, and Kasia was very helpful and kind. The museum visit was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The guide was very professional and provided us with lots of details. We were very satisfied with everything...
