CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5You can’t prepare yourself for the moment when you walk through that cursed gate with “Arbeit Macht Frei” written on it. You can’t prepare yourself for the rooms filled with hair, glasses, suitcases… every object was a PERSON. A name. A life that dreamed, loved, and hoped. At Birkenau, the silence screams. Those train tracks that end in nowhere… the endless barracks… the wind that still seems to carry the cries of over a million souls. I had a lump in my throat and bowed my head. Out of pain, out of helplessness, out of shame that one human being could do this to another. If you ever find yourself in Krakow, go there. It’s not tourism. It’s a lesson. A duty. So that we NEVER forget.JJasmine D
FamilyVerified bookingJul 20264/5Very well organized despite the schedule change (5:40 a.m. instead of 7:00 a.m.); there was a bit of stress waiting for the tickets (after 2–3 days), but everything else went very well, even though things moved quickly on site. The tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau is a must-see; it’s striking to see this place and important for remembrance. Our host Susana, our guide, and the drivers from Super Cracow were perfect.JJavier F
FamilyVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5The visit to the Auschwitz camp, without a doubt. What I liked least was the communication and organization by the Headbout platform. The day before, they told us that the time and meeting point had changed, but on the day of the tour, I received a text message saying that the tour would start at the time originally indicated. Very poor communication.MMinodora E
SoloVerified bookingJul 20265/5Although the day before de departure they changed the slot/the departure from 11:30 to 6, they've done everything to put me in a tour, around the initial hour with the same benefits, because I was not in the country, I came especially for this visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau. This is a visit that everyone should do once in a lifetime.AAntonio P
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5Everything was explained very clearly, transportation was included, check-in was quick, and everything was well organized. The only downside, if I had to mention one, was that two days before, they told us they were changing our reservation from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Getting up so early was tougher, but I highly recommend this company.
