⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A moving, essential, and extremely well-organized experience Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau is a deeply moving and necessary journey. The logistics through Headout were flawless from start to finish: the meeting point was very easy to find, the bus was comfortable, and the trip was perfectly coordinated. Our guide was unbeatable. She explained every historical detail with dazzling respect, sensitivity, and knowledge, answering all our questions and treating the site with the solemnity it deserves. The headsets worked perfectly, allowing us to hear every explanation clearly without disturbing the silence of the surroundings. It’s an emotionally challenging visit, but absolutely essential if you’re in Poland. I highly recommend booking through Headout without hesitation; they take care of absolutely everything so you can focus 100% on the experience. * Tip: Wear very comfortable shoes (there’s a lot of walking, especially in Birkenau) and check the bag size policies carefully before you go.

Apart from the time being changed the day before from 9am to 5:30am (it meant we had more time to see other things later on in the day) the rest of the tour was excellent. The organisation was good no problems with the pick up or drop off. Approaching Aschwich, as we entered the car park, you could feel the atmosphere shift into a quiet respectful silence. Walking through the grounds and brick blocks was deeply solemn and tough experience and anchored to the atrocities which people endured. An unforgettable experience which we should never forget. Our guide was excellent and very knowledgeable she explained everything in detail and looked after us well. A must see experience that you will never forget!

You can’t prepare yourself for the moment when you walk through that cursed gate with “Arbeit Macht Frei” written on it. You can’t prepare yourself for the rooms filled with hair, glasses, suitcases… every object was a PERSON. A name. A life that dreamed, loved, and hoped. At Birkenau, the silence screams. Those train tracks that end in nowhere… the endless barracks… the wind that still seems to carry the cries of over a million souls. I had a lump in my throat and bowed my head. Out of pain, out of helplessness, out of shame that one human being could do this to another. If you ever find yourself in Krakow, go there. It’s not tourism. It’s a lesson. A duty. So that we NEVER forget.

The guide Karol was fabulous, but could have been approachable for more questions. It didn't take from the experience though. The driver was fabulous and kept everyone on time. The bus was on time. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Plenty chances to snack. I wish this was never a museum/memorial people need to visit, but as a memorial it was done so well. You can read all you want, it doesn't compare to standing where they stood and I have come away with some inward reviewing.

They changed our pickup location at the last minute. Luckily, it was pretty close to the original one because we’d already got everything planned out. It takes almost two hours to get to the camp and another two hours to get back. But everything went well—smooth and on time. The guide was pretty entertaining, although his Spanish was a bit like Tarzan’s. “I’m Tarzan, you’re Jane…” But it’s a tour I’d definitely recommend.

Our guide was excellent; she explained everything in great detail and made the tour very interesting and engaging. The tour was really great (as far as a tour of this scale can be called “great”). There was just a minor misunderstanding when we made the reservation, but everything was resolved with the help of customer service. They were also very helpful. Highly recommended!

Very well organized despite the schedule change (5:40 a.m. instead of 7:00 a.m.); there was a bit of stress waiting for the tickets (after 2–3 days), but everything else went very well, even though things moved quickly on site. The tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau is a must-see; it’s striking to see this place and important for remembrance. Our host Susana, our guide, and the drivers from Super Cracow were perfect.

The visit to the Auschwitz camp, without a doubt. What I liked least was the communication and organization by the Headbout platform. The day before, they told us that the time and meeting point had changed, but on the day of the tour, I received a text message saying that the tour would start at the time originally indicated. Very poor communication.

Although the day before de departure they changed the slot/the departure from 11:30 to 6, they've done everything to put me in a tour, around the initial hour with the same benefits, because I was not in the country, I came especially for this visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau. This is a visit that everyone should do once in a lifetime.

Everything was explained very clearly, transportation was included, check-in was quick, and everything was well organized. The only downside, if I had to mention one, was that two days before, they told us they were changing our reservation from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Getting up so early was tougher, but I highly recommend this company.
