Just married! It was beautiful. Never seen digital art like that before and it was the perfect place to spend for a honeymoon. I am desperate to find the scent when you first enter the museum.

We had such an amazing experience visiting the museum during our trip to New York City. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and inspiring. The layout of the exhibits made it easy to explore, and every section felt thoughtfully curated. What stood out most was the diversity of artwork on display—there was truly something for everyone. We loved being able to move from classic pieces to more modern and interactive exhibits all in one visit. It made the entire experience feel dynamic and engaging rather than overwhelming. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. You can tell there’s a real passion behind how the museum is run. Overall, it was one of the highlights of our trip, and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting NYC. We’re already looking forward to coming back again in the future!

I'm a native New Yorker and I was able to look for an interesting exciting place to visit and I located the Arte Museum in Chelsey NYC! I brought 3 tickets to celebrate a Birthday as a gift! This became a memorable experience since the displays were awesome! They captured my imagination and creative side! The Wave was unbelievable, as I watched it I felt like I was truly there! The interactive Garden and the Forest Creatures transported me to "Other Lands!" All My Senses were Activated! Thank you for this Great Event which I will truly treasure! A big Win for all of Us!

Am I reviewing Headout or the Arte Museum? Headout is good in that through them the tickets were slightly cheaper. I didn't use the app so I can't say anything about it. The Arte Museum was really cool. My 9 year old daughter loved it so that goes a long way. It smells great in there. And the immersion is impressive. Plus I learned a bit about French art history in the final room.

My experience at the Arte Museum was amazing the unique transtion which starts from the minute you step into the museum from the warm welcoming to the walk through room by room filled with the different scent and the changing sceneries colors bounced from wall to wall and under our feet to end with wonderful images of the greatest city on earth. It was magical.

It was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! Nothing I had ever seen before. My daughter who is 10 years old and also high functioning autistic came along with me and she absolutely loved it! She is such an amazing artist and this museum and all of the art really inspires her, according to her. We can't wait to come back.

Flash photography, tripods, and video equipment are not allowed inside the exhibition areas.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibition spaces.

Accessibility

The museum is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available throughout the venue.

Accessible restrooms are provided, and staff are available to assist visitors with mobility requirements.

Some exhibits feature strong visual, audio, and scent effects that may affect guests with sensory sensitivities.

Additional information

Arte Museum New York operates from 10am to 7pm on weekdays and from 10am to 9pm on weekends. The last entry is 5:30pm from Monday to Thursday and 7:30pm from Friday to Sunday.

Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
