It's worth paying for the two-day pass and the night tour; it's more comprehensive and gives you more flexibility with your schedule. That way, if it rains, you'll have more time and flexibility. The drivers are very friendly, and the staff at Stop 0 where you pick up your ticket are helpful. I recommend going to the office at Suntec City and having them print your voucher before you go, since the drivers ask to see the map with the dated receipt—this helps avoid any issues.

Loved the fact that the air con works really well and re-energises you for the next first into the humidity of Singapore. The audio commentary isn't 'dry' with entertaining titbits about the country and I thought that using 3 people on it was good. The stops along the way in both red and yellow lines are well thought out and give a great overview of the city/ country culture.

Me and my familly enjoyed the tour a lot! Our guide Beatriz told amazing stories about the kings of Spain, each space we visited and some of the objects inside them. The Palace is magnificent and we were in a special quick line with the tour. Just pay attention that the meeting point in not at the Palace, but at Plaza Mayor.
