The guide told interesting stories. I expected to see the Keizersgracht, Herengracht and Prinsengracht but our tour took us to the eastern part of the city and visited none of those, which was a bit disappointing. Perhaps I should have chosen the other departing point. There was no shade on the spot where we stood waiting for boarding.

Great tour with knowledgeable and friendly guide but it was crowded and confusing at the checking point. We booked and paid for this cruise including cheese and none was provided. When I asked the guide I was advised that that inclusion was not happening that day. I should be refunded.
