Hi there, we had booked a lyxury boat canal experience, but the staff sent us on a large, very mass-turistic boat, which is not what we had paid for. The coordinator, Tymen, at the end of the tour offered another tour for free, but we didn't have enough time the next day, since we would have left to Italy back again, a direct reimboursement would have been more appreciated.

The most expensive boat is less attractive than the cheaper one, it also has a roof, which limits the view and the drinks looked better in the cheaper one.

I booked the cruise and was unable to attend , due to timing. I would have rebooked the cruise, however I wasn't able to receive a refund or rebook. I ended up cruising with another company and had no issues.
