I thought we were buying direct tickets and when we arrived we had vouchers that needed to be exchanged for tickets. We were with a large group so were separated as we had to go through a different line and wait. Versus had we just waited in line to buy tickets.

Everything was good.the only thing I didn't like it was that you actually don't buy a ticket you buy a "voucher " and you have to make a line to receive your tickets so, technically you waste time in that, you could make the same line to buy direct ticket too

Not your fault but weather spoilt it , also could not walk on glass floor , loud school parties which I was not expecting, apart from the extra payment to climb , there didn't see much to do unlike ESB , Summit and World trade , it needs something else for the money I paid

It was wonderful, an incredible feeling. I've never climbed such a tall building for the first time, and I'm very grateful to have made such a memory.

The view was the best, it has breathtaking scenery, the facilities are also beautiful. If I would go again it is worth it.
