I took very few photos, because I was so drawn into the fascinating exhibits. I loved the Big Bang experience, the beauty of Invisible Worlds, and the Global Warming exhibit. It was a wonderful afternoon.

Lots to see at the American Natural History Museum, I'd recommend buying the tickets in advance online as they will tell you to do this in line anyway. Also I wouldn't buy all of exhibitions tickets, each one is fascinating and was well worth $10 each but you won't have time to see them all plus the regular entry exhibits. The Hayden Planetarium was a stand out for me though so I'd recommend working that in for sure. It blows away the one at the Franklin Institute in Philly.Armando

The experience of visiting this museum is incredible, it takes several days to visit it completely. Impossible to describe it with words, you have to live it personally to admire the great work and the time that the museum staff spent to give us this beautiful experience.

Enter via the main entrance at Central Park West & 79th Street. Show your ticket and photo ID. All visitors go through a security screening. One special exhibit is included with your ticket—select at entry.

- The Museum has a parking garage at its 81st entrance and a subway stop (81st Street – Museum of Natural History) where the B and C trains stop.

- The museum offers free entry during the last hour of the day, from 4:30pm to 5:30pm.
