Last week

It's an amazing place to be with lots of options from baby to adults but the que is always 20 min + and it made me wonder if it even worth the price . The gift shop was definitely overpriced so make sure you don't forget your water proof jackets and sweaters. The food quality was also very bad .

Hi there my first time there, loved it queues were ok not too long to wait, only thing was the sky ride they said it was working when i book tickets as that was my highlight. Then to get there not working even though it was moving noone in Them. Grest day

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for baby food or special dietary requirements.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered assistance animals.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the park.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only permitted in designated areas.

Accessibility

Accessibility services are available, including Ride Access Pass, mobility hire, and sensory spaces.

Free companion tickets are available for eligible guests with valid proof.

Accessible restrooms and step-free access are available throughout the park. Staff are trained to assist guests with mobility needs.

Additional information

Waterpark access, Fastrack passes, VIP tours, hotel stays, mini-golf, and spa are not included and require separate tickets.

Free admission for children under 90 cm (height will be checked at entry).

Seasonal events such as Scarefest, Oktoberfest, and fireworks shows may be available—check the official schedule before your visit.

Entry to all attractions is subject to availability with the 'Twice the Fun' offer; pre-booking your tickets in advance is essential to guarantee entry.

To book your tickets with the 'Twice the Fun' offer, choose the theme park you want to visit and follow the steps:

When prompted, enter the barcodes from your original confirmation email and complete your booking. Each ticket purchased has a unique barcode. If there are 4 guests in your booking, you will be required to input all 4 unique barcodes from your original booking.

You have until 15 May to redeem and enjoy your complimentary second theme park visit.

Tickets are non-transferable, and both visits must be by the same guests. Entry may be refused if the lead booker's name does not match the name listed on the original booking. Please keep the booking email from your first visit, as it may be required to verify your details for your second visit.

You are required to make your first visit to the attraction you originally booked through. After your initial visit, you’re free to choose any participating attraction for your complimentary second visit, as long as both visits are booked within the designated dates.

You may use your free second visit at the same park as your first. Please note that you need to pre-book your second day in advance.
