What's not allowed

• Assistance dogs are not allowed in the changing rooms or pool areas of the Alton Towers Waterpark.

• All dogs need to be left supervised within a nearby quiet resting place. Please Note: Dogs banned under the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted on-site (whether muzzled or otherwise).

• Underwater filming/photography is strictly prohibited, and the use of phones/cameras is not allowed within the pools or on our Waterpark attractions. Filming and photography of any kind is strictly prohibited in the changing room area.

Additional information

• A ticket to Alton Towers Theme Park does not include Waterpark entry.

• Alton Towers Waterpark operates a strict adult-to-child ratio of one adult (aged 16+) to one child aged 4 or under OR one adult (aged 16+) to two children aged 5, 6 or 7. This is to comply with health and safety standards and must be adhered to. All members of the party must be swimming to fulfil the above ratio.

• All children under 8 years of age must have a supervising adult (16+) with them in the water at all times. Children aged 8 - 11 do not fall part of the above ratio, but must be accompanied inside the Waterpark by a responsible adult (aged 16+). Children aged 12 or over can be unaccompanied.

• Please do not visit the waterpark if you are feeling unwell and/or have had sickness/diarrhoea within the last 48 hours.

• Facilities: changing facilities, lockers, buoyancy aids

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
• Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
