The card is a great way to visit all the monuments and not to queue, on the other hand, as far as public transport is concerned we had difficulty activating the card right away, as the information office to which it was written to turn to was closed the day we arrived. the next morning we found the office open but under renovation ( there was no indication or sign attached otherwise we would have organized) and so we had to go to another one that told us that we had to activate the transport card at one of these ATM totems ( if I remember the acronym correctly) along the streets. Let's say this resulted in some tickets being paid for despite the card. Nothing serious but the information did not seem clear to us.

Everything worked out well, we were able to see many exciting places. However, a few of the "included" places are free anyway, so there needs to be a bit more transparency, a few other sights are unfortunately not included, but overall a good buy, especially as the Alhambra is included!

We refrained from buying a ticket because it was not always easy to find our way around. Where does the tourist train leave from, which bus goes where, why is the ticket suddenly not valid on the metro? The sights were great and very well chosen, and we felt very comfortable in Granada

The experiences in the Alhambra were very positive, especially the Nasrid Palace. After that we wanted to do everything else by bus or sightseeing bus. All the machines were faulty. There was no bus. We had to pay for everything again ourselves. No contact person available and that in 36 degree heat. Unfortunately disappointing.
