The service itself was fine, booking tickets was easy and were a fair price. The issue I experienced was the lack of organisation at the bus station. Luckily, we got there early and got on the bus. The bus was full by 16:55 and we left at 17:00, but the bus was scheduled to leave at 17:30. If people turn up expecting a bus it would have already left. I would suggest allocating tickets to buses instead of it just being an open ticket for a day. This would save the risk of not being able to get on a bus and too many people turning up to get on a bus. The queue to get on the bus was also not organised and there were people pushing in. There was no queueing, just people surrounding the ticket redemtion stand and pushing to get to the ticket redemption stand, which caused arguments and this is not good when travelling with a young family.
