I reserved a ticket on 8/14 for 9:00 from Heathrow to Victoria Station. The bus was an hour late and apparently there was no way to track the bus to find out when it would arrive. I have booked a reservation with another bus company for my return to Heathrow on 8/20 because I cannot afford to miss my flight if the bus is late or does no show up.

Was waiting for our 9,50 bus to Victoria station from 9,30am. At approx 10,30 no bus had arrived. Asked Customer Service Person and he said maybe held up in traffic. We decided to go by train. Very disappointed after a long flights from Melbourne Australia. Will not recommend your bus line again and wasted 24 pounds which is $50 Australian.
