Fantastic - very efficient and easy way to get to the city of London without the hassle and expense of a cab. We bought our tickets in advance and were prepared once landed. The Express was no more than a five minute walk from the terminal and once we arrived to Paddington station we took a cab from there to our hotel as we had a few pieces of luggage. I wish every major city around the world had a similar service!

Our ride was effortless. We had the carriage to ourselves. It was easy to find the train and having a trolley made it easy to move our luiggage around. Once we arrived in terminal 5, again it was very easy to find our airline, etc. The journey on the Heathrow Express was quiet and fast. I would definitely use it again.

The ride was pricey, but direct to London was a nice option. We later discovered that we could take the Tube for much less money, and took the return that way. The Tube trip involved some transfers and took about 30 minutes longer. If you want an easy trip, go on the Heathrow Express.

The fastest way to travel from Heathrow airport to Paddington station. Very good service. If your final destination is not near Paddington station and you have to use additionally the tube or a bus then picadilly line is a good alternative.

My trip was Heathrow to Paddington non stop. The train was clean, there are spaces for luggage. The train is level with the platform making wheeled suitcases easier to manouvre. It only takes about 15 minutes to reach the destination.
