Using the Heathrow Express is certainly the best way to get to and from London. The train is spacious and easily accommodates luggage. Getting off and on with luggage is also easy as exiting is at the same level as the platform, so luggage rolls off as easily as you step off onto the platform. The ride only takes about 20 minutes, so it's certainly quicker than traveling by road. The Heathrow Express is air conditioned so it's a comfortable ride. There's also free wifi. You can't best the travel into London, in my opinion!

Very quick and effective way to get to Paddington Station from London Heathrow. I love that it was direct and we didn't have to wait for multiple stops after an eight hour flight. It is a little tricky to figure out how to get to the train but the Heathrow express people were very nice and accommodating on giving us directions at the airport.

Fast, efficient and easy from Paddington main line. The station conductor was immensely kind. It would help to advise that the train to Termjnal 4 departs from the same station where the Terminal 2 and 3 train stops. Several of us on the platform were uncertain about this. Highly recommended service.

Yes great experience, the only thing that would make the process easier is being able to add your pass to your Apple wallet. Too difficult to navigate when rushing to the train.
