The boarding point at the station is easy to find - right by the entrance, next to the cabs. The driver was very friendly and patiently answered all our questions (although he must have heard them many times before ...). He wasn't fazed by the number of people who wanted a lift. The bus was driven safely and competently through the holiday traffic. We'd be happy to do it again any time.

Prompt and easy, polite driver. I'd recommend getting the bus at the port as when we got to Garibaldi there was a large queue and some had to wait for the next bus. For an airport shuttle the bus was woefully lacking in luggage space and many of us had to ride with our suitcases on our laps which was cramped and uncomfortable.
