Important Information

• Any checked-in passengers from any airline (across any ticket class) is allowed to book this ticket
• Cardholders from Dragonpass, Diners Club, Priority Pass, and Wexas
• You can use the lounge 3 hours prior to the departure of your flight. Extra hours can be purchased in advance if you wish to arrive sooner
• You are free to leave the lounge and return any time during the stay, however, you must carry your luggage with you at all times
• To ensure a premium lounge experience, we encourage you to dress appropriately; wear smart-casual clothing
• Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly before boarding the aircraft
• Guaranteed Delay Cover: You are welcome to stay in the lounge if your flight is delayed but please keep an eye on our screens in the lounge for updates on your departure (only for No1 lounge & My Lounge)

Ticket Redemption Point

• At Gatwick Airport’s South Terminal, the three lounges are fairly easy to locate
• For the No1 lounge, after security, follow signs for airport lounges. It is located between Dixons and JD Sports
• For the Clubrooms, follow signs for airport lounges. It is located airside in Gatwick’s South Terminal, at the upper level of the main departure lounge
• For My Lounge, follow signs for airport lounges. It is located on the upper level of the departure lounge

This ticket is valid for a year from the date of booking
