Wonderful experience on long haul from JFK to Brisbane- nice surprise to have a shower with everything provided (towels, soap, comb, toothpaste, toothbrush etc). Lovely food in a suburb setting next to butterfly enclosure- thoroughly enjoyed experienced - money well spent!

Loved it all from the moment we walked in. Fabulous garden's, loved the observeratory. Also enjoyed the Jurassic world. The final show down lights by night and aurora of the skyline accompanied by music background. Would most certainly recommend to all age groups.

Ambassador Lounge was easy to locate, quiet and peaceful while we were there. As its very small, this might change with more people or at another time of the day. Shower service was fantastic. Our experience was let down by the food which was ordinary - and the pre-prepared hot food was lukewarm. However at breakfast time they will make eggs any way you like and on the spot.

While I always appreciate the service - especially the opportunity to have a shower - @ the Ambassador lounge, I was this time a tad disappointed. The lounge was overcrowded/overbooked when I arrived in the late afternoon. Hard to find a seat indeed. Plus, the aircon settings were suboptimal. There was a lot of humidity in the dining area.

It saved my sanity in a stupid 9 hour layover due to a flight cancellation. There was a lovely shower, pretty ordinary snacks and decent drinks but not enough really comfortable chairs. Plenty of functioning power points. A tad too full but better than finding a bit of unoccupied floor to doss down on.

Fantastic service and wonderful staff. The team were friendly, welcoming and incredibly professional throughout our visit. Unfortunately, we witnessed some other travellers being unnecessarily rude and disrespectful towards the staff, yet they handled the situation with patience, kindness and professionalism. These staff work incredibly hard and deserve to be treated with respect. The lounge was a great place to relax and recharge during a long-haul journey, and the excellent service made our experience even better. We would highly recommend the Ambassador Transit Lounge and will definitely be back on our next trip through Singapore.

I arrived after an eight hour flight from Sydney with a layover of 8 and 3/4 hrs before a thirteen hour flight to Heathrow. The lounge was a haven. Quiet dedicated staff to provide beautiful buffet food in a serene area for relaxation and important rest in a location supporting the travellers navigation to departure. The shower was an absolute gift. Fresh towels and accessories cleaning constantly and with discretion. It was for me an absolute support for my mental heath, professionally dealing with the tension travel brings.

I had to wait for over 20 minutes to get in altough I made the reservation in advance. In front of me in queue they were people with no reservation and made the delay! Therefore I was only able to use the lounge for 2.5 hours instead of the paid 3 hours as had the connection flight shortly after. The stay was great, shower and food and drink perfect. I felt that the room was a bit to warm for me, but not a big issue.

We booked for the food and shower. The food was not of a high standard and I would not book that option in the future. You do have to stand in line for the shower but that line moved fairly quickly. The shower was impeccable clean. There was a shower cap , toothbrush and toothpaste, towel and shower gel provided. I would book the shower option in the future.
