Smooth check in. Very clean and calm atmosphere. Showers were lovely, hot and powerful with basic supplies. We arrived at 2am, there were snacks and drinks until the hot breakfast opened at 4am. Would definitely book again.

Cloud forrest was insane! Wish i walked slower... The Boababs in the Flower dome was the Cherry, and the Super Grove light show should not be missed.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and competent. The staff at the buffet were helpful. It was extremely busy when we were there, every seat was taken. There was a line up for the showers at one point. I would suggest the Ambassador Lounge needs to be larger to accommodate for the amount of travellers that use this facility. Food was really nice.

The lounge was a lot smaller than expected and did not match pictures. Food selection very limited and most options were vegetarian. Chicken curry was nice though. Drinks limited and not particularly good quality for price paid. Staff unhelpful and not friendly in kitchen. Shower service was very good. Overall, convenient but needs work!

OCBC Skyway tickets are available for purchase on-site only (cash payment). Tickets can be bought at the ticketing hub or near the OCBC Skyway entrance.

The 8:45pm Garden Rhapsody light show at Supertree Grove will not take place on 28 March 2026 in support of Earth Hour. The Supertree lights will be switched off from 8:30pm to 9:30pm, so the 8:45pm show will be unavailable that evening.

Some attractions at Gardens by the Bay will be closed for maintenance on the following dates:
