What to bring

• Special dietary needs: If your child has dietary needs that the menu cannot accommodate, you may bring your own food for them.

What’s not allowed

• Minimum age: Babies cannot join the tour; children must be at least 2 years old to participate.

• Bulky bags and buggies: Large bags, non-foldable buggies, and bulky luggage are not permitted onboard.

• Remaining seated: Standing and walking are not permitted during the tour; all guests must remain seated throughout.

• Pets: Pets are not permitted onboard the bus.

• Alcohol and smoking: Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited onboard.

Accessibility

• Wheelchair access: The bus is not wheelchair accessible.

• Dietary limitations: Nut-free, peanut-free, combined dairy and gluten-free, combined vegan and gluten-free, and Coeliac-specific menus cannot be provided.

• Allergy requirements: Share dietary requirements when booking and confirm allergies with management in advance, as some allergies and combinations cannot be accommodated.

Additional information

• Seating and safety: The 1960s Routemaster bus has no seatbelts. Children must remain seated on a seat or an adult’s lap throughout the tour.

• Special menu surcharge: Vegan and gluten-free afternoon teas cost an additional £3.

• Seasonal menu: Menu items may change depending on the season.

• First aid: All onboard staff are trained in first aid.

• Onboard facilities: A toilet is available for children only, along with an emergency baby-changing facility.
